Paint Shop Pro Tutorial - Using a mask to cut out Vector Text

I enjoy solving this graphic problem :) 

This sort of overlaid text effect was once fairly common in advertising.

By using a mask to cut out vector text, the vector doesn't need to be converted to a raster layer immediately and also the text can be easily manipulated.
